Romanian law of this field stipulates: “ The customer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without presenting any reason, in 10 working- days time since he received the product.”

You can return any product ordered from our virtual shops, in 10 days, without penalty and without asking you about the reason you decided to do so. The only condition is that the product is in the same state as delivered (having the original pack and the documents). In max 30 days you’ll get your money back in your account or by postal order at your expendable. We’ll not return the transportation taxes.

You can not return a product which presents damages you provoke. We’ll take care of our products to arrive to you in best condition and according to quality standards.

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, you can return it. We’ll pay the transportation taxes and send you the right product as soon as we’ll receive the parcel.

If you order a wrong model you can return the product to be changed unless the product and the package are unsealed and not deteriorated. The transportation taxes are supported by yourself.

To return the product you must write us on contact@visualfan.ro. Send the parcel containing the product and the invoice to an address communicated to you by our operators. You support the transportation taxes.
